Energy IR is an ESCO that has successfully designed and built energy efficient systems for new and existing buildings.

Pure Engineering is a word coined by us to describe the engineering style we use to solve issues in a building and to reduce its energy cost - without compromising Indoor Air Quality and other specific requirements.

To achieve sustainable savings, reduction of losses is the key. Laws of physics govern the way we use energy and reduction in losses is simply the best way.

Energy IR specialises in air-conditioning systems and compressed air systems. Our chiller plants achieve system efficiency levels below 0.6 kW/ton

To reduce losses, you need to re-engineer... thus "Pure Engineering" is created.

Energy IR does not….
 

• use devices that claim savings by just inserting a device into a circuit
• advocate turning on and off systems, adjusting turning off/on timing - this simply creates potential comfort issues for tenants!
• promote the mantra of increasing room temperature unless it is below 21 Deg C in the tropics.... we save by reducing losses - not by creating discomfort!
